Excellent quality and our commitment as "the wholemeal baker" to process only wholesome wholemeal rye to hearty, substantial bread specialties with unmistakable taste is important to us! To ensure that this does not change, we remain true to our standards: to use only carefully selected raw materials, to process them as gently as possible, to consistently avoid genetically modified organisms and to make our production as environmentally friendly as possible.

We already bake about seventy percent of our breads from controlled organic raw materials (of course with certificate and organic seal). And the numbers are rising. Even when using conventionally grown grain we always pay attention to impeccable quality.
