Well deserved medals, certificates and special awards for WEPU. The name WEPU stands for excellent quality. Literally: The DLG (Deutsche Landwirtschafts-Gesellschaft - German Agricultural Society), which tests the quality of around 20,000 food products every year as Europe‘s leading institution of its kind, regularly awards our wholemeal specialities with medals - visible proof for outstanding achievements in taste, composition and ingredients, tested meticulously by experts in bread and luxury baked goods.

Of course, we also fulfill...

...all the requirements for IFS (International Food Standard) and BCS (Organic Certification) certification and work in accordance with the HACCP guidelines (risk analysis in food production companies). And it fills us with particular pride that we at WEPU were amongst the first companies in the food industry selected to receive the „Landesehrenpreis für Lebensmittel in Nordrhein-Westfalen“ (Special Award for Food in North Rhine-Westphalia) awarded for the fi rst time in 2009. In addition, we also received the „Preis der Besten“ (Award for the Best) every year -– an award for top achievements in the DLG quality checks.
