WEPU breads are extremely healthy foods made from the best corns
and grains - for our wholemeal products contain the most nutritious
part of the rye. The grain is gently ground in our own mill and then
processed straight away. Our breads are produced exclusively from traditionally
prepared and high-quality sourdough from natural sources.
We give this sourdough the time it needs to mature in order to make
every WEPU bread a thoroughly sophisticated taste experience.
